She treated patients for 15 years as a physical therapist, and then jumped over to art and loved creating pottery and glass fusion. She opened Chroma Gallery in Guilford, a cooperative art gallery where she works with two other artists.
Barbara contracted chronic Lyme Disease 15 years ago and because it was late diagnosed she turned to complimentary and alternative medicine. She then started to look at health, wellness and disease from a much larger lens. She discovered the power of the mind over the body and the importance of understanding how our thoughts affect our bodies. Forgiveness is a compelling way of viewing the world and Barbara is trained as a Forgiveness Practitioner, helping clients look at life from a different perspective.
